I have a 2003 Subaru Outback. 3.0 the AC compressor was changed with a used one. The AC works but not well at all. When the AC I'd on the engine runs a bit rough and surges at idol. The system had been recharged

Good afternoon my name is XXXXX XXXXX I will assist you today

Did you chage the dryer as well each time??? this must be done.

Did the rough running happen with the old compressor??

any check engine lights??

I just purchase the car. The AC wasnt working. I got a compressor from the junk yard and that one didnt work either. I figured it was just a bad compressor so I got another one and it worked a little at first but not at all now. I didn't change the dryer. A check engine light did come on but it is off now

ok, have a parts store pull the code. it will be stored in memory.

Replace the dryer, evacuate the system and fill with exact amount and see if it blows cold. if you can, get me the exact pressures, both high and low, when running
