a holden vectra GL 2001 auto had lights on dash.they said PO340 camshft sensor incorrect signal and P0130 02 sensor circuit range?what does this mean and is it serious?looking at buying so need answer very soon

Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

No, neither of these would be serious issues at all.

P0340 sets when the engine controller doesn't see a signal from the camshaft position sensor. This can be the cam sensor or wiring, or in the case of a no start situation it can be the timing belt or chain. If the car runs then you can rule this out. By far the most likely cause for a P0340 is the cam sensor.

P0130 can be set by the oxygen sensor itself or it's wiring. Wiring is a possibility and should be checked before replacing parts, but a bad oxygen sensor is the cause of an oxygen sensor code in almost all cases.
