n: what is the problem when there is no signals working inside

what is the problem when there is no signals working inside (work outside), the mileage reader don't work, the miles per gallon etc. the sighal that shows if the trunk is up will not go out, and it blows fuse.

The wring diagram shows that Fuse 19 (10Amp) and Fuse 14 (10Amp) are for the instrument cluster. Which one of theses is the fuse that is blown or do you know the fuse number?
