update: I went to another mechanic to check my brake fuel, which is fine.

However, he said that the problem is only with my "slave cylindar." He said if the problem was with the clutch itself, it would "slip," meaning I would have it in gear, press the gas, and the car would lag, accelerating behind the RPM's.

Also, I notice that if I press the clutch extra hard, it seems mutch easier to change gear. It also seems a remarkable coincidence that I would have trouble with my clutch pedal position indicator and my clutch at exactly the same time.
