very hard to maybe some excessive fuel from the cylinder that the lifter is making the noise,excessive condensation the exhaust. I really wouldn't worry too much about that since all the fluids are full. If you were loosing fluids then I would be worried

if the oil goes down what could it be.

if the oil goes down then it is valve seals or rings. Usually if the oils going down what do you is do a compression test and then do the compression test again BUT add a little bit of oil into each cylinder and retake the test if any cylinders psi jumps way up its a ring problem. If they all evenly just come up a hair then there is a valve seal/valve guide problem
