I had the alternator changed on the car and now the cruise

I had the alternator changed on the car and now the cruise control doesn't work. Did they unhook something that needs to be rehooked back up after they finished the alternator repair?
It's possible they disconnected the cable that goes to the throttle body as sometimes those brackets can get in the way. It is also possible they pinched a wire while installing the alternator. I would suggest taking the vehicle back to them and voicing your concerns.
