Why is the 2002 Suzuki XL-7 having air conditioning issues?

Resolved Question:

2002 Suzuki XL-7 has air conditioning issues. The AC keeps blowing the 25A fuse when I turn it on. Compressor and clutch have been replaced twice. After the first replacement, heard squeal and smelled burning when A/C was turned on but the fuse didn't blow.

Now, with second compressor and clutch assembly, fuse blows within seconds after turning on the air. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hello, I am Randall. I have reviewed your question and working on it now.

Ok, that fuse control both the AC compressor and the condenser fan. So, you need to go to the under hood fuse box. remove the compressor relay. Work AC and see if fuse blows. If it does ,then remove the condenser fan relay, run ac and if fuse does NOT blow, then you may have a bad condenser fan fan motor

Now, if you remove the compressor relay and fuse stops blowing?then you are still having a problem with compressor clutch. I am leaning more to condenser fan as the problem

Its really the only tests that can be done right now to isolate the problem. Below is picture of the 2 relays, top left, compressor clutch and condenser fan:
