1990 isuzu pup, 4wd, 2.6l eng. Getting no fire. Replaced distributor and coil. still no fire.

Does the ignition coil have power with the key on?

Have you checked engine compression?

with a multi meter and scope. what does the compression half to do with getting no fire

Because if the timing belt broke, the distributor rotor will not be spinning and you will have no fire and no compression..

Check to see if the check engine light comes on with the key on. Also, check the fuses inside the vehicle to be sure they have battery voltage with the key on..
