It went down about 1 inch and stopped and it will roll up a little

Resolved Question:

I went to roll down the window on my 2003 Discovery and it went down about 1 inch and stopped and it will roll up a little with a 1/4 gap that is all it will do. Need help.....

This is going to be a problem with the window motor or the regulator. The window motor might be failing or if the regulator is bound up it could be sticking due to that. Since it won't go all the way up i suspect the regulator. Is this something you want to repair yourself? It will require taking the door apart and working in a confined area.
