Hello: When the battery was installed,Did the cables get connected back-wards even for a second? If so take a look at all fuses (inside passengers compartment and under hood,) Does this vehicle have a after-market alarm system? If so there should be what is called a valet switch some-where in the drivers area of the vehicle,(most of the times they are located under the steering column area, if so push and hold button while trying to start engine) Thanks let me know if I can further assist you with this issue.
