hi

install the socket and the ratchet/power handle...let it go against the frame of the car or the ground.....turn the starter with the key,the torque of the starter will break loose the bolt...be careful doing this

thanks

Hi, I am concerned with turning the starter as the pistons may hit the valves causing more damage as belt is stripped.

hi

i understand that,,but,,sense the belt is stripped,i would think it has already spun pass the valves anyway...you don't need to turn the engine all the way,,just bump the starter just to break the bolt loose

thanks
