Rough roads i experience a knocking noise coming

landrover LR3: When driving over rough roads i experience a knocking noise coming from the front suspension while driving straight on rough / uneven road surfaces.

Hello, I am Randall. On this model there are 2 areas of concern that can clearly cause exactly what you are hearing. Either one of the balljoints is bad OR the stabalizer links are bad. Both produce near same noise.
I am not familiar with control arm bushing causing the problem more so than the baljjoints and sway bar links. I would sure have both I have mentioned checked. I personally am leaning more to worn sway bar link. ball joints and swat bar links are rather esy to check. control arm bushings are much more difficult. Basically have to eliminate the other itmes before saying the bushings are bad

thanks for the response what is the sway bar link i could not find the part in the site?

It was the second picture I sent. It is a link say 8" long that goes from the end of swaybar up to the control arm. The ends wear out and cause bad noises
