1994 Cadillac Seville sls: heater doesnt..the fuse was blown I..relay

1994 Cadillac Seville sls... My heater doesn't work when I first got the car the fuse was blown I replaced it and it worked fine for a while now it comes on sometimes... What could it be? Is there a relay I should check?

The blower motor is located in the underhood area at the passenger side firewall. Turn the key on and the blower on and tap on the blower motor housing. If the fan works then, replace the blower motor. If tapping of the motor does not cause it to work then the problem would likely be in the a/c programmer module behind the passenger side of the dash.
