outside of truck . water coming out somewere between engine and fender
Ok it's most likely a hose has leak . Was the cooling system pressure tested ?
Customer: replied 7 years ago.
no. but it does not leak until the heat is shut off. wher is the oil cooler////////? i read it was hooked to mthe oil filter. are ther water hoses hooked to it ?
Yes . This is what needs to be done . Have the system pressure tested . This will pinpoint the leak . Most likely it's a hose to the heater core that burst. 90 percent of the time it's a hose . This would be the next step. Hoped this helped

if it was a heater hose it should leak when the heater is not when it is turened off
Yes when the heat is on it's circulating and when it's off it then builds up more pressure then leaks. The pressure test will pinpoint the leak.
