Code P0115 is for the coolant temp sensor. 99% of the time if you replace the temp sensor, this will resolve the problem. It normally means that the resistor inside the sensor has failed.
The other code, P0303 is a misfire code.This means that cylinder #3 is not firing like it should. This can be many things, but I would start with replacing the plugs.
Here is a diagram with the basic location of the coolant temp sensor. Hope this helps!

hi, i put new spark plugs and wires on. still getting p0303 code. check engine light is flashing. what else could be causing misfire code? could distributor cap or coil cause it. sometimes when i try to crank it won't crank- i have to hold down accelerator to crank it. i noticed too that that distributor cap is loose (it turns). i also hear a slight hissing noise coming from under hood somewhere. could there be an air leak or is this normal? i'm ok with trying things that i can fix. i also know its possible that i may end up having a more serious valve or compression problem at which point i will take it to a shop. also would a bad catalytic converter cause this code. i did notice a rotten egg/ sulfur smell coming from tail pipe.thanks

Does the cap turn or the whole distributor? A loose cap will never work. Also, it is possible there is a vacuum leak. With the car running, try spraying some carb cleaner along the intake manifold and see if the idle smooths out. If it does,then it is likely a vacuum leak along the intake manifold. These would be the next steps to try.
