Hello , my name isXXXXX you for choosing justanswer.com.

Does your radiator have an engine oil cooler and transmission oil cooler?

Are there cooler lines going into each tank on the radiator?

engine has engine cooler line going to tank

The engine oil cooler has a leak and it is leaking into the coolant.

A good radiator shop can deal with that for about the price of a new radiator.
