Would you say this is a do it yourself? I have replaced the fuse and it continues to blow. The hazard signals work fine. I am pretty handy, but I dont want to be removing steering wheels and full dashboards.

The flasher location is different than a fuse blowing. It only take about 10 minutes to replace the flasher. If the fuse is blowing when the signals are turned on, there is more than likely a bad bulb or a wire that is shorting out. First thing that I would try taking the bulbs out and see if the fuse blows.
