2002 Kia Sedona 3.5L petrol, need to find repair info for error code P0446, having to do with evap emmisions system. Possible short. THX

Trouble code P0446. Evaporative Emission Control System (EVAP), vent control malfunction.
Tests/Procedures: 1. Locate the canister closed valve under the vehicle and verify that it is not stuck closed. Also verify that the vent and filter are not restricted. If necessary, backprobe and ground the canister closed valve and verify that when the ground is taken away, the valve does not stick closed.

2. If the canister closed valve works correctly, verify that the charcoal canister is not restricted or fuel-saturated. Refer to Kia TSB under fuel #004 and Kia TSB under fuel #006 for updated line and component information.
Potential Causes: Canister - Fuel saturated canister.

P0446 EVAP Vent Control Solenoid Circuit Performance (Closed)

Possible Causes
Vent solenoid connector is damaged (check pins for damage, and moisture)
Vent solenoid control circuit is shorted to ground
Vent solenoid power (12v) circuit is open (check power circuit from main relay)
Vent control solenoid has failed
PCM has failed

where is the "Vent solenoid connector" located in relation to Charcoal Cannister?
