This p-code is pointing to a fault in the heater for the rear oxygen sensor. The PMC uses this heater to get the oxygen sensor to normal operating condition on cold starts. Replacing this sensor should solve your problem.

How can you tell if it is a 1600 or a 1800 engine. The sensor is different. Thanks.

There should be a white tag under your hood that will have engine size on it. Usually on the underside of the hood.
