1995 saturn: clunks..when I shift into reverse..125,000 miles.

My 1995 Saturn SL2 "clunks" when I shift into reverse. It has 125,000 miles. What's up?

greetings,

Sounds like a broken trans mount. If you can get some help, with the hood open and someone watching put the car in reverse and then drive(might have to press on the gas to torque motor and brake to hold car still). See which way the engine moves more. If it the engine jumps forward the rear mount is bad.
