My car takes nearly 20 seconds to get from 1-60. What could be the cause of this? It does not shut off it drives, and once it warms up it runs a bit better. what could the cause be? i feel it may be fuel related

you'll need to check the fuel pressure. you can buy a guage at a tool supply store. you could try replacing the fuel filter located under the back of the car by the gas tank.
