How do I remove the M8 screw that is on the 2007 Hyundai Entourage front brake disk rotor where I can replace it?

You need an impact screwdriver:





Available from any parts store.


Insert into the screw, hold with pressure going counterclockwise and hit end with hammer, it has spring tension inside and the impact will break the screw loose. Its what we use at shops for these screws.
