You can remove the blower motor from unde the passenger side of dash:
Your passenger floor getting wet is due to the a/c drain being clogged. Under the hood on the firewall on the passenger side there is a rubber tube that comes out where the a/c drains. You can stick a piece of wire up in it to unstop it or blow air up into it.

You can remove the blower motor from unde the passenger side of dash:
REMOVAL
- Disconnect the battery ground cable.
- Remove the three blower motor screws and the A/C blower motor.
- Disconnect the A/C blower motor electrical connector.
- Remove the blower motor wheel retainer and the A/C blower wheel.
INSTALLATION
- To install, reverse the removal procedure.
