I have a1998 dgde grand caravan 3.3 v6 I was drivng and it just stopped ,now the 20amp engine fuse is blown ankeeps blowing

Try this:
Disconnect all oxygen (O2) sensors. Replace the fuse in the Power Distribution Center (PDC) for the Auto Shut Down (ASD) Relay and attempt to start the engine. Verify the fuse no longer blows with the O2 sensors disconnected. Reconnect the O2 sensors one at a time to see if the fuse blows. Replace the O2 sensor that causes the fuse for the ASD relay to blow.
