How can I glue the bloody things in. I won't be selling car and don't
want to spend money on something I never use.

Serious question!Customer
You can use an industrial strength glue that you should be able to get at your local parts store. Ask for the same glue that is used for installing a windshield. Thanks.

Thanx for your answer, didn't know what kind of glue to use.

Have you ever seen this problem before?
Always glad to help. Yes, I have seen this, but it was on a couple other vehicle types. Some people try super glue, but it doesn't hold for long periods of time. Windshield epoxy has proven on those vehicles to be the best and longest lasting. Be sure to allow enough time for the glue to cure before taking it out in the weather.
