2005 infiniti FX35: This is the second time the key fobs do not work

This answer was rated:

2005 infiniti FX35 23K miles...will be going to dlrshp tomorrow. This is the second time the key fobs do not work consistently. This time they will more regularly lock the doors but will not unlock very often. First time dlrshp replaced the bcm and both fobs, but I am not convinced this is the problem. Any history of this with FX35's? If so, is it possible to get a permanent repair? And why would this problem come and go from day to day?
Ok there a 2 different problems i know of first is a faulty door lock actuator which will cause this problem ,also the are problems with door switches going bad not allowing the communication between the fob and the bcm i would tell them at the dealer to check these when at the dealer
