2002 Mitsubishi Montero Sport: V..I just swapped engines..getting fuel

Customer Question

I have a 2002 Mitsubishi Montero Sport 3.0 H code V-6. I just swapped engines and I don't seem to be getting fuel. I sprayed ether into the air intake and it ran (although it ran roughly) as long as I sprayed a steady stream. I have fuel coming thru the return line but it's not a strong amount, steady but flowing instead of gushing...ideas? what can I check next?

Check for a clogged or restricted fuel filter first... If that's ok then check fuel pressure ( should be approx 2.5 bar at rail).... Also make sure feed hose isn't kinked or crushed anywhere from the swap...jeffrey590
