My 1992 Suzuki Sidekick 4-cyl. runs great but won't start if warm. It starts fine when cold.

The engine is not overheating. I've checked the liquids. What is happening seems to be that the fuel bypass is being triggered and no gas is going to the fuel injectors. I can't smell gas, and I've checked the fuel pump. I've also checked the coil wire. The spark plugs and battery are fine. It starts fine when cold, and if I stop the car and turn off the engine it will start fine within a few minutes, but after that I have to wait an hour or two for the engine to cool off totally before I can start it. This has been going on for four months.
