Vacume leaks.
High oil level problem
Engine wear will also trip theese codes, as well as poor state of tune. The sensors are detecting a lean condition and correcting rich. Also if the O2 sensors are old they might show the computer a lean condition when it is not so. If this does not work, let me know.
