1998 Fleetwood: RV..Ford E350..V10..which sounds like a drive belt

Resolved Question:

I have a 1998 Fleetwood Jamboree RV with a Ford E350 V10 engine. 60K miles. When I start it, there is a high pitch noise which sounds like a drive belt. Is that it? Do I need to replace it? How much does that cost?

The serpentine belt could be making noise but it could also be a failed idler pulley or tensioner pulley. The belt is about $50, each pulley about $50 and if the tensioner itself is bad $70.00 Labor for the job will be around 2 hours at the prevailing rate.
