  • Remove the accessory drive belt. Refer Drive Belt Replacement .
  • Remove the supercharger drive belt if equipped. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement .
  • Remove the right front tire and the wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel in Tire and Wheel.
  • Remove the right engine splash shield.
  • Use the J 37096 in order to hold the flywheel.

  • Remove the balancer bolt.

    Important: Do not separate the pulley from the balancer. Service the pulley and the balancer as an assembly.

  • Use the J 38197-A in order to remove the crankshaft balancer. Attach 1/4 in bolts to the pulley. Screw the bolts in 1/4 i

    Thanks for the response and no you dont have to remove the mount. Once you get the balancer off, then take of the shield. Behind the shield is the sensor and I believe it is held on with either a 10mm or a 8mm bolt and there are two of them.
