hi..when im driving along and then brake the steering wheel shudders and it seems to be getting worse,can you help?

In most cases this is from the front brake rotors being warped.
what is happening is the warped part of the rotor is pushing back on the pads and back into the calipers and therefore making a slit shudder that can be felt in the steering wheel.


The cause of rotors warping is from vary high heat from ridding your break and not allowing them to cool.

Hey thanks very much for your answer,just before i accept,is there anything else i could check also,as the shudder is quite bad??
