VerifiedOk there are a few things you are going to need to do to access the blower motor on your H3. This is not a hard job at all. Here is what you are going to need to do.
The first step is going to be to remove the passenger side kick panel. This item is simply retained by plastic clips. It will pull out, just be cautious not to break the kick panel itself.
The next step will be to remove the glove box door.
As you can see there are three fasteners at the bottom of the door that must be removed to fully remove the door itself.
At this point you will need to remove the passenger end of the instrument panel. This is retained by some push pins (#2) and retaining clips (#3). After you have the #2 retainers out, the trim will pull off.
After this is done, you will have access to the blower motor assembly.
Unplug the harness, and remove the three screws (#3) and you will be able to pull the blower motor out.
