I am replacing the rear brakes on a 2005 Kia Spectra. The caliper will not retract by turning clockwise. How do I retract the caliper?
hi, welcome to just answer . sometimes you need to turn and push at the same time the caliper piston can get stuck most auto parts stores and places like e-bay and harbor freight sell inexpensive kits for doing this job heres a link to show you what it looks like

The caliper retracted some but not enough to fit over brake pads.
