2000 Buick LeSabre Limited: the right rear inside door panel

How do I safely remove the right rear inside door panel and replace the window regulator (which I have) on my 2000 Buick LeSabre Limited.

Well, the instructions were somewhat helpful however they failed to identify a potential problem area which caused me to break two square retainers (which stablize/connect the middle of the door panel to the door body). So now, if you can provide me a source where I can obtain replacements, I will gladly pay your fee. Infact if your information is accurate, I will pay the $15 fee.
The retainers have a part number which is: "VC4848 >POM<"
