2005 chrysler sebring: with out removing a fusebox, I

we have a 2005 chrysler sebring with no manual. We are trying to change the headlight that went out and dont see a way to do it with out removing a fusebox, I know that you shouldnt have to remove things to replace a silly headlight, we also cannot find a way to open the light from the front.
