2001 Chrysler Concorde: 2.7L..brakes..front end..doesnt happen

Resolved Question:

I have a 2001 Chrysler Concorde with 2.7L engine. After a left turn is made, whenever the brakes are applied there is a clunking sound that comes from the front end. It doesn't happen again until another left turn is made. I have replaced the strut rod bushings, the engine craddle isolators, and the brake pads. Any suggestions on what else could be the problem.

Hello, I would check the inner tie rod bushings for loosness, where they bolt to the steering gear. Often these rubber bushings wear out and cause a clunk noise.

If these are ok. The most likely problem in inside the steering gear. This is not servicable and will require replacement.

I hope this helps if so an accept is appreciated.
