Are both heater hoses hot?
Ok, you then need to get in through the glove box area and follow the blend door cable and see if the cable is moving the blend door. If the cable is moving, then you need to remove the cable and manually move the blend door with your hand, to see if the door is stuck or broken, etc. Ford came up with a new cable kit for this truck, part #F5TZ-19988-CA.
See if this works,it could be just that the cable came off fromthe pivot.
