Hello,
My name is ***** ***** I'll be happy to assist with your question.

To reset the maintenance screen:

1. Make sure the radio is turned off

2. Press and hold the "INFO" button whilst turning the volume knob clock-wise untill it comes up with a screen with 2 selections.

3. Go to the bottom option (Confirmation/Adjustment if I remember correctly) and press enter.

4. Go to service and press enter.

5. Go to 'reset' and press enter.

This should then reset the service interval reminder.

Hi Pete, I have tried the method you have described it must work for the English version. I have seen this on several sites. The vehicle is a 2004 P 12 Primera with the 2.5l engine and is a Jap import. Eveyrthing is written in Japanese. I have an owners handbook transposed form Jap to English but it gives me different items again.Gavin
