Customer Question

Poor am reception in my 2007 lincoln town car
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I have removed the back seat and revealed the antenna hookup to the rear window. My local ford dealer has changed radios but no improvement in reception. They seem stumped and appear unwilling to try anything else.
JA: Have you checked the fuses?
Customer: where are the fuses located and what is the location of the fuse in question?
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: I have read of a replacement module that ford manufactured for the 2003 town car and wondering if this would work on my 2007? I had a previous 2007 with no reception problems whatsoever
