Customer Question

My name is***********. I have been a Sirius subscriber for several years now and wish to continue doing so. I have however recently changed cars and would like the subscription to simply transfer to my new vehicle. No upgrades, nothing special or fancy. How do I handle this?

hi....This is "JustAnswer.........NOT XM / Sirius
IF you have a Active Account now, you need to contact XM / Sirius "by phone" & have them transfer your New Radio Serial Number to your Account & have them "cancel" your old Serial Number, so no one else can use it........

Call 1- 855-(###) ###-####br />You can do this On-Line, but to be sure the old number is ***** it is best to call

Thanks Don but I had no intention of hiring you for this. It presented as if I was asking Sirius directly.
I might file a complaint with the FCC abnout this.
