Customer Question

All of a sudden my INE-W960 lost the satellite. And, yes, my subscription is current.
I had to reset the 960 to factory original and it no longer sees the SVX200. How do I get it to see the sat?

You did not post Year, Make & Model of Vehicle this is installed into
It appears your Alpine has lost communication with the 200
Remove the Alpine & Disconnect the Alpine completely
Being sure to Disconnect the 200 also.
Reconnect the 200 to the Alpine
Reconnect the Alpine to All wiring
Reset Alpine
Turn On Ignition & let me know what you find

My apologies. The Alpine is in our 2011 Winnebago Accent Class C MH on a Ford E-450 Super Duty chassis. Just had the Alpine installed in early April. It has worked fine until I had to reset to factory settings. (Tools, settings, reset). I was REALLY hoping to NOT have to take the whole bloody dash apart.

thanks for the added info..........

when communication is lost, you have to start from new installation for the Alpine to see
IF you are not comfortable with removal, you may want to try a Local Car Stereo Shop to do that for you
