Hi there,

What is the model number of the system?

What specific problems are you having?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
It's like it's burping no real sound, don't know off hand the model number. I had a alpine in it before and thought that was the problem, but it dose the same thing, it's in a 2000 ford f150

If the problem is happening with more than one stereo in your F150, even after replacing the amp, then it is likely a wiring problem.

What all wiring did you replace with heavy wiring?

Is the radio sound and CD/recorded sound also affected?

First, you will need to check for a bad earth connection somewhere.

If the earth(ground) connections are good, check the wiring harness at the rear of the stereo and any adapters you are using for any loose wiring or damage. Unplug and reconnect them to ensure the connections are good.

Use a multimeter to test the resistance of the speaker wiring, and check for any shorts in the wiring.

Let me know what you find.
