The satalite radio option disappeared from the source option on my Iva-w203, been fine for years , what happened?

the best way I know to reset for sure is to disconnect the batters and hold the positive wire to the chassis to drain the car's capacitors. there's nothing to replenish the backup elements for such occasions. If there's a sequence, I might need more information from you. Pretty sure the ground wire would retain whatever charge the car's built in capacitors have, while grounding itself out would expend any remaining enegry. There's where the memory of any prior programming would be lost.
