I have a 2001 lexus gs 300,im installing a aftermarket pioneer fh-x720BT stereo.
I connected everything but no sound. I connected the blue/white wire to the blue/white wire on TYTO-1 adapter harness but no sound is this the connection to power up the amp?

Yes, this should be the connection to power of the amp. So, when you have these wires connected you should be getting sound from the speakers as long as everything else is connected up properly. Do you get any sound at all when you connect the wires? Even a poplar a Hess?
