Hi and welcome to JustAnswer,

Thank you for the question and your patience. Should you still need assistance for information purposes only...

Initially, would this be the original installed stereo? ...or an aftermarket? Are you able to comfortably check the wiring / connections at the rear of the stereo?

Hello original and no cant see wires

Appreciate the additional information.

The described symptom almost always is a hardware issue or more particularly a possible loose wiring/connection at the rear of the stereo. Are you then considering a DIY (do-it-yourself) repair approach? If yes, do you have access to and familiar with a multi-meter?

It was working fine think it might be security related

Possibly; Robert, was there a (recent) battery issue recently? ...replaced perhaps?
