Just bought a DDX372BT and had it professionally installed

Customer Question

Just bought a DDX372BT and had it professionally installed today. Everything works great except bluetooth volume. When my phone is connected via bluetooth, I can barely hear it unless turned up at max volume. I'm scared that if I get a call, my speakers will blow. What can I do to fix this? I've been through the manual and can't seem to find an answer. The phone is right next to the unit too.

Hi there,

What type of phone are you using, and what software version is installed on it?

Ok, please try the following:

- Open the Music app and make sure the volume is at 100%

- Call the voicemail while connected through bluetooth and press the volume up button several times. A bluetooth volume indicator appears on the screen

- On Settings - Music:

- Turn EQ to Off

- Turn Volume Limit to Off

- Disable "Sound check" (this should make a big difference).
