From australia I have an alpine CDE-W265EBT installed

Customer Question

Hi from australia
I have an alpine CDE-W265EBT installed in a mitsubishi lancer VR 2007
Two issues please:
- the AM reception is very poor, even with a non factory powered arial (installed inside the car). Any thoughts on resolving this issue
- I've noticed a flashing indicator which looks a like a battery indicator (similar to a mobile phone) on the display. What is this and how do I deal with it please?

Hi and welcome to JustAnswer,
Thank you for the question and your patience. Should you still need assistance for information purposes only...
Initially, bear with us; re-confirm and post back with the complete model number of the "...non factory powered arial..."
And is the Bluetooth feature enabled? Could you try setting BT IN to OFF?
