I have an Alpine CDE-143BT. When I insert a thumb drive created using iTunes my unit either says no Device or not supported. What am I doing wrong?

Should you still need assistance for information purposes only...Initially, a review / consider (if have not been tried): • the thumb drive should be formatted to FAT 12/16/32 only;• the contents/music files should have either MP3 or WMA extensions only;• there could only be 255 entries (whether actual files or folders) in the root directory.Please post back results / observations of the above once tried.
