Customer Question

Wiring an IC Dynamics keyless entry. The IC website says my 99 dodge ram 1500 is a 5 wire reverse. I have all wires hooked up according to their installation instructions. Remote works for drivers door only and when lock/unlock it goes up/down very slowly. Like the battery is almost dead. It isn't. Instructions say white wire from receiver unit hook-up to +12v. Red Wire from receiver same. I have them both hooked directly to battery. I have good ground. Can you help. Also, passenger door lock/unlock does not work at passenger door??? It works from drivers door for both passenger and driver.
Thank You in Advance

hello, does your 99 ram have keyless entry? what color wires and where did you hook up at?
Customer: replied 7 years ago.
No. Did not come equiped w/ keyless entry. The green/yellow from the receiver I hooked up to the lock/unlock coming from the lock/unlock Motor.(per instructions) The other 2 I hooked up to the door lock switch. Pink/Black: motor unlock. Orange/Black: Motor lock. Orange/purple: switch switch lock. pink/purple: switch unlock. The receiver has 2 wires, white and red that is +12 volt. They're hooked together at the battery. Also, all these connections I made in the driver door.
